The team at Prominent by repeated research on productivity and quality has devised a perfect system for processing machine print and handwritten forms. At any point of time, we have a spare capacity to turnaround 10,000 forms (at an average of 150 characters per form) every 24 hours and can ramp up to requirements up to 50,000 forms in about 30 days from the start date. Forms will be double entered and verified to deliver higher accuracy levels.

We put to use the highest level of skill sets available in the industry in recognizing handwritten text. The operator team is also continuously trained, tested and trained to enhance their reading and typing skills.

In addition we also put the technology at work to cater to following requirements:

• Inline data validation for names, addresses, etc., from name and address database. We have created our own look up database over a period of time. We also from time to time purchase such tables based on customer requirement to be plugged into our system. Our system is flexible enough to look up from any kind of table with customization.
  
• We also use customer provided look up to fill in details like name, address, etc.,
  
• Built-in flexibility and customizable features enables us to change process as per customer requirement with very short notice.
  
• Built-in escalation feature helps operator to escalate a particular case to higher grade operators, supervisors, program managers and end customer.
  
• Usage of ICR/OMR and bar code recognition wherever possible.
