Steering committee at Prominent has drawn a long-term planning to reduce risks to critical applications from possible threats. At Prominent possible threats are repeatedly analyzed to keep Business Continuity Plan (BCP) fully updated and implemented.

Repeated scheduled and un-scheduled audits are carried out that BCP is fully in place. At Prominent nothing is considered less threatening and hence, every aspect of BCP is fully checked to be implemented.

We have carefully drawn our BCP and built in all possible ways of recovery to provide redundancy when it is required, such as power, connectivity, security, systems, man power availability. In addition, we have cross-trained our employees to handle several projects each to ensure that deliveries are not affected due to any unforeseen reasons.

To continue business in any unforeseen event, we retain our data and critical applications on two different storage servers in the USA and Europe. We also have agreements with other service providers inter and intra-city to provide alternate site options. We have alliances with software and data recovery agencies to provide redundancy when required.
